Fourteen years spanning Tier III escalation, enterprise service management, and hands-on platform engineering — on-prem Kubernetes clusters, AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines, and the observability stack behind multiple R&D products. I build systems a single engineer can reason about at 3 a.m.
